All Made-to-Order tees and Gunes beach bags will take 7 to 14 business days to arrive at Shrimps. Once they do, we’ll ship them out to you as quickly as possible.
Any in-stock items bought alongside Made-to-Order items will be shipped together, once the Made-to-Order items are ready.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please choose carefully.

The size chart is as follows: Size S has a chest measurement of 55.5 cm and a length of 70 cm; Size M has a chest of 57.5 cm and a length of 72 cm; Size L has a chest of 60 cm and a length of 74 cm; Size XL has a chest of 62.5 cm and a length of 76 cm; and Size XXL has a chest of 65 cm and a length of 78 cm.

Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-10 hours from our location in Peregian Beach, Queensland 4573 (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Returns
We offer full refunds and exchanges on all items, except sale items. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note:

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you request a refund.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
