Refund policy

RETURNS (AUSTRALIA + USA)

Returning from Australia or the US is easy, we’ll help you every step of the way.

We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered. You’re welcome to return full-priced items for a refund or store credit, provided they meet our eligibility conditions.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please submit all returns through our returns portal:

Once approved, you’ll receive a link to generate your return label.

You’ll have 5 days to post your parcel back once your label is created.

EASY, FREE RETURNS (OPTIONAL AT CHECKOUT – AU & USA)

At checkout, you’ll see an option to add Easy, Free Returns:

  • Australia: $2.98 AUD

  • USA: $7 USD

If you opt in:

  • Your return shipping label is free

  • You can generate your label instantly through our returns portal

If you don’t opt in:

  • You can still return your item through our portal

  • A return shipping label will be available to purchase

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and with original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Full-priced (not a sale or promotional item)

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CREDIT NOTES

If you received a free gift with your order and return the qualifying item:

  • Store credit will be issued by default

  • If you’d prefer a refund, a $20 restocking fee applies to cover the gift’s value

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or purchases made during storewide sale events

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g. sunscreen, swimwear, beauty)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order on arrival.

If something’s not right, email us at info@shrimpsstore.com.au and we’ll fix it ASAP.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once we’ve received and checked your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Your bank may take additional time to process

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please reach out.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international customers who did not opt into Easy, Free Returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
