Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–10 hours from our location in Peregian Beach, Queensland 4573 (excluding weekends) via Australia Post. Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day.
Returns (change of mind we got you)
We offer full refunds and exchanges on all items, except on sale items or during sale events. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note:
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
A 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount if you request a refund.
If your order included a free gift, only a store credit will be offered. If you prefer a refund, a flat $20 restocking fee will apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
